Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alkaram, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Alkaram account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
